If you want cash, then for each original, quality article submitted and accepted
we will pay you $7.50
straight into your PayPal account (a simple search on Copyscape will determine if an article is original or not)
If you want to get your name known on the Web, you are free to submit your article in your name, but you clearly will not get paid for it.
The subject matter MUST be related to ...
real estate, living overseas, international real estate, investing overseas, unique travel and expatriate resources and contacts around the world,
working overseas,
investing in real estate, travel ... so please don't send
in your articles about breeding hamsters! And remember, writing articles is easier than you think. You do not need to be an 'expert' in a field - just a participant in life!
Important: We will only accept quality, original articles. Copied, part copied, badly paraphrased or otherwise completely recognisable non-original article content is not acceptable.
Anybody found to be submitting copied material risks having their IP blocked and being denied access to this opportunity forever. (your current IP Address - 38.103.63.58 - is recorded

This may seem harsh but processing plagiarised material detracts from the whole opportunity and means that honest and capable authors are not having their articles processed (and/or getting paid) as quickly as they should.
Over time you may submit as many articles as you wish, but please only submit a maximum of
FIVE at any time and wait for them to be approved (and your account credited if
applicable) before submitting the next batch.
Please try to ensure that your article is keyword-rich... in other words, if your article is about
"Real Estate in Miami" then the words Real Estate and Miami (preferably all in one sentence) should appear several times in your article (don't overdo it!!)
If you opt for payment for your article, you MUST place the

As soon as your article is approved your PayPal account will be credited
with $7.50 USD
Articles will be reviewed for originality (a search is done for originality
using Copyscape), grammatical and spelling problems, and relevance to the topic submitted, so it may take up to
5 BUSINESS DAYS for your account to be credited (or article rejected).
Your article WILL automatically be added to the database, but this does not indicate approval - after human review it may be deleted or accepted.
If you have not received email notice of your article's acceptance or rejection AFTER
5 BUSINESS days (exclude weekends or holidays in the USA or international) then it is ok to query your submission.
Articles WILL be automatically rejected if they are
- Too short - Between 1000 and 50,000 words is needed. Take a look at the articles at places such as EzineArticles.com to see the level of quality and content required.
- Plagiarised - An obvious copy of an existing article or significant portions are located in search engine results.
- Unacceptable - includes hate, racist, destructive, sex etc.
- Irrelevant - Not related to Real Estate, property financing, living
abroad etc (as defined by our list of categories).
- Contain an unacceptably high number of grammar or spelling errors.
- Is too personal - paid-for articles are published as being written by
either John Hamer or Graham
Hamer (that's why we pay for them!!) - therefore articles should be written in the third person or be of a factual rather than personal nature.

We only purchase/publish TEXT articles (not HTML articles).
Please ensure that your article is keyword-rich (i.e. there are a few keywords related to the topic throughout the article text). Only English language articles are accepted. There is no
upper limit to the length of your article, but it cannot contain any affiliate links.
By the way, we can spot "standard machine-produced" articles a mile off, and will probably reject them! There's only one bit of software that
