The Ritz Carlton Grande Lake is a fantastic place for kids because there is so much fun stuff for them. Becoming bored is impossible while staying at this place; the pool area alone is an outstanding activities spot, and theme parks are only a short distance away. Parents benefit from staying at the hotel as well; it is located close to the airport, so catching an early morning flight will be stress-free. Overall, the Ritz Carlton Grande Lake is a great place to stay during the summer; kids love it and parents do too.

The best place to stay at the hotel is most definitely the concierge level because it offers great benefits. The concierge level rooms are bigger than the normal rooms, and the food choices are terrific too. Guests who stay on the concierge level are offered good food; however, it is presented in an elegant way. In fact, the food is positioned on the guests’ plates so nicely that they have a hard time deciding if they should eat it or not. Concierge level guests also get free beverages such as soft drinks, tea, coffee and various types of wines. As for the normal rooms, they are good places to stay too; however, the concierge level is clearly the better choice.

When kids stay at this hotel, they are treated like important people too, just like the grownups. The hotel offers are kids club, and when kids signup, they get a wristband to wear, which gives them benefits. One particular benefit is free ice cream; all kids who wear the wristbands get free ice cream by the pool.

Speaking of the pool, it is a popular area for kids, and not mainly because of the free delicious, ice cream. The swimming pool is where all sorts of activities are found; everyone can play pool at the pool table, tetherball by the tetherball pole, and even play chess against other hotel guests. As for the pool itself, the water is usually cold, but kids do not care, they generally just jump right in to swim and have fun.

In the evening, the hotel offers live music in the lobby to keep parents entertained, and the music that bands play is actually quite good. The type of music played varieties, but most families usually stop to listen when they enter the hotel after spending a full day at a park.

Kids and adults enjoy staying the Ritz Carlton because the hotel offers so many good things. Children love the poolside activities and free ice cream, but the free ice cream is only available for kids who sign up for the kids club, so keep this in mind. Parents like that the hotel is close to the airport and theme parks; being close to the airport helps them beat morning traffic, and being near theme parks saves money of long cab rides. Overall, the hotel is a fantastic place that every family should consider visiting when they travel to Orlando.
