Cypress Pointe Grande Villas is a somewhat old place, but many people still stay there during the summer. The location is amazing; Magic Kingdom is 15 miles away, MGM is 10 miles away, and Animal Kingdom is 20 miles away. The villas are very nice places for families; they have everything needed to prepare various types of home-style meals, including various pots and pans. Shopping for food to cook to full the fridge is never difficult because there are several grocery stores a short distance from the villas. Because the location is great and the rooms have no issues, Cypress Pointe Grande Villas is in ideal family vacation destination.

When most families stay at Cypress Pointe Grande Villas, they sometimes choose the smallest villas to save money. Doing this may not be a good idea for two reasons, one, the pull couch is not comfortable, and two, small villas only have one television. Having one television will be a huge issue for kids because they will argue over who get to watch what show. Instead of booking a smaller villa, it is best to book a bigger one; the bigger villas have two televisions and a living area that divides the two bedrooms. Thanks to the separate rooms with a door, when someone watches the television, the sounds will not disturb anyone who is sleeping.

The house cleaners who clean the villa do not visit very often, so if you plan staying at Cypress Pointe Grande Villas with kids, you will have to do most of the minor cleaning yourself. One family stayed at the Cypress Pointe Grande Villas for nearly two weeks, and the house cleaner only visited once. The limited house cleaner visits in not a big issue to most guests because they usually spend many hours in the city, so their villas do not get very dirty.

Whenever families do not cook their own meals, they usually visit the food court on the property. The food court has all sorts of great items, and the prices are not that bad. One of the most popular items is the pizza; many different types of topping can be ordered, and each one is delicious.

The activities available at Cypress Pointe Grande Villas are decent; most people generally travel to the hotel pool whenever they feel like having fun. The swimming pool is ok, but it is very small, and the water temperature in not as warm as one would like. For kids, the hotel staff usually has specific activities setup for them, and children always have a blast trying them.

At the end of the day, the best place to relax is out on the porch. As the sunsets, the view is great, but the real fun starts once the Disney fireworks show begins. The explosions be seen clearly from the porch, and watching them is a nice way to end the night.

Cypress Pointe Grande Villas is a fantastic summer vacation spot because the villas each have lots of space and handy kitchen accessories. The overall location is outstanding too because various parks only a short distance away, which is great thing for kids.
